Scroll Siege help
Short answers. Can't find yours? Write to privacy@scrollsiege.app.
Blocking stopped
Open Scroll Siege and tap the red bar: it takes you to the setting that needs to be on (usage access, or "display over other apps"). Some phones close apps to save battery: in the app, go to Settings > Help > Battery settings and let Scroll Siege run in the background.
A website didn't get blocked
Scroll Siege blocks apps, not websites. To limit websites, add your browser (like Chrome) to your blocked apps.
When do changes start?
New blocked apps and a new daily goal start at the next midnight, so today's score stays fair. Turning strict mode off also waits until midnight.
Parties and the weekly boss
A party is 2 to 5 friends. Each day you stay under your goal, you hit the boss. The boss runs Monday to Sunday, and the result comes on Monday at noon. Your party sees your hero, level, streak, today's status and damage. It never sees your minutes or which apps you use.
Pro, trials and cancelling
Pro is a Google Play subscription. Cancel any time in Google Play > Subscriptions; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Google Play. To restore Pro on a new phone, sign in with the same email, then go to Settings > Subscription > Restore purchases.
Your data
Which apps you open, and for how long, stays on your phone. Only daily totals leave it. The Privacy Policy has the details, and explains how to get a copy of your data or correct it.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings > Delete account, then type DELETE. If you can't use the app, write to privacy@scrollsiege.app from the email address on your account, and we'll delete it. If you have Pro that renews, cancel it in Google Play first.
